Pedestal EV Charger Swap — Tesla Wall Connector

This parking-lot charging station in Lancaster was running on a worn-out Bosch pedestal charger — slow to charge and rough to look at. We pulled the old unit, bolted a new Tesla pedestal to the same pad, mounted a Tesla Wall Connector with the cable coiled tidy, and closed the steel security cage back over it. Faster charging, a clean professional look, and the same protected spot. Swipe from the before-and-after through the swap.

Hillside Landscape Lighting

This terraced hillside yard in Agoura Hills disappeared the minute the sun went down. We lit it end to end — uplights on the palm and oak trunks, lights set along the timber stairs and retaining walls, and wash lights across the back fence. Now the steps are safe to walk after dark and the whole garden looks its best at night. Swipe through the photos.

225-Amp Heavy-Up Service Upgrade

An Altadena home needed more power than its old service could give. We set a new 225-amp semi-flush meter-main into the exterior wall and fed it with heavy 4/0 aluminum conductors up to the service mast — the headroom for central A/C, modern appliances and EV charging, installed safely and to current code.

An old, exposed floodlight at the side of this Valencia home came down and a sleek, modern floodlight camera went up in its place. We didn't just hang the new unit — we cleaned up the conduit run feeding it and made sure the whole setup is secure and code-compliant. Brighter light and a camera watching the side yard, wired safely and cleanly.

Panel Upgrade & Level 2 EV Charger — SCE Charge Ready Home

A Valencia homeowner wanted to charge their EV at home, and the old exterior panel wasn't up to it. Through SCE's Charge Ready Home program we replaced it with a new meter-main panel with an outdoor emergency disconnect, ran conduit around to the side yard, and mounted an Autel Level 2 charger inside a weather hood — green ring lit, charging at full speed. Metal Shop Lighting Retrofit — 400W Halogen to LED (277V)

A working metal shop was still lit by old 400-watt halogen fixtures. We swapped them for new LED fixtures on the shop's 277-volt lighting circuits and landed new breakers in the panel to feed them — brighter, whiter, even light over the welders, forklift lanes and layout tables, at a fraction of the wattage. A modern honeycomb of linked hexagon LED lights, wired and mounted flush to the ceiling of a blacked-out room. We laid the grid out square to the walls, powered it on a clean switched circuit, and dialed in bright, even, shadow-free light — a bold, contemporary look that suits a home gym, studio, office, or detailed-out garage. Service Panel Upgrade & Level 2 EV Charger

This Simi Valley home had a rusted, failing exterior meter-main that could no longer safely carry the load. We tore out the old service, set a new main-breaker panel and meter, then ran a clean EMT conduit circuit through the garage to a hardwired 240-volt Level 2 EV charger — two hots and a ground landed and torqued to spec. The result is safe, modern service and full-speed home charging, the same panel-to-EV work SCE's Charge Ready Home rebate is built around. An Apple Valley homeowner wanted to charge their EV faster at home, so we pulled the old exterior panel and installed a new Square D all-in-one 200-amp meter-main — solar-ready service equipment fed straight from the weatherhead. That gives the house true 200-amp service and the headroom for the dedicated 240-volt circuit a Level 2 charger needs to run at full speed — the same panel-to-200A upgrade SCE's Charge Ready Home rebate is built around.
